Breakfast. Meet your tour leader and depart by coach for a visit to Tromsø. Upon arrival, enjoy a stroll through the streets of this city, which over time has become known as the “capital” of the Northern Lights. Tromsø lies at 69° north, surrounded by majestic mountains and beautiful fjords. During the polar night season, the sun remains below the horizon for almost 50 days, making the atmosphere even more evocative. In the afternoon, enjoy a husky sledding excursion. Thermal clothing and a hot drink are included to keep you warm as you spend time with these wonderful animals. I return to the hotel and the evening is free. Dinner free. Giorno 3 — Tromso → Harstad
Breakfast. Departure for Harstad. Harstad spreads across the island of Hinnøya, in the Vesterålen region, and is one of the principal towns of northern Norway, beyond the Arctic Circle. A dynamic, modern port city, it combines the energy of urban life with the wild beauty of the Arctic landscape of mountains, islands and open sea. Nearby stands the medieval church of Trondenes, one of the northernmost in Europe, and the modern Trondenes Historical Center, which recounts centuries of Viking and medieval history. The city is famous for the Festspillene i Nord-Norge, an important cultural festival, and for being an excellent base from which to admire the midnight sun in summer and the northern lights in winter. Harstad is the ideal destination for those seeking Arctic nature, culture and genuine Nordic hospitality. Dinner free. Accommodation Scandic Harstad.

Giorno 4 — Harstad → Svolvaer → Gimsoya → Leknes
Breakfast. Departure for le Isole Lofoten. Svolvær is the lively capital of the Lofoten Islands, gathered around a harbour framed by jagged peaks that plunge into the sea. The beating heart of the archipelago, it is the starting point for exploring fishing villages, white beaches and spectacular fjords. From here you can set out on cruises to the striking Trollfjord, sea trips in search of white-tailed eagles and, in winter, photographic safaris for the northern lights. Above the town soars the famous Svolværgeita, the "Goat", a rocky pinnacle beloved by climbers. Among the traditional red rorbu cabins perched over the water, the drying stockfish and the summer midnight sun, Svolvær offers the most authentic essence of the Far North. Free lunch. In the afternoon, continuation to Gimsøya. Gimsøya is one of the islands of the Lofoten archipelago, connected by bridges to neighbouring Austvågøy and Vestvågøy. Unlike the more rugged peaks of the archipelago, it offers a gentler landscape of sandy beaches, dunes and wide horizons opening onto the Norwegian Sea. It is a beloved destination for long coastal walks, for watching the midnight sun in summer and the northern lights in winter. A quiet corner of Lofoten for those seeking nature, Nordic light and silence. Late afternoon arrival to Leknes. Leknes is the main town of the Lofoten Islands, set at the centre of the archipelago amid countryside that is unusually flat for this land of mountains and fjords. More practical than picturesque, it is the islands' hub of services, shops and connections, as well as a port of call for the coastal ships. Its position makes it a handy base from which to reach the most famous fishing villages, the white beaches facing the open sea and the scenic trails of Lofoten in a short drive. An ideal starting point for those wishing to explore the archipelago in every direction. Dinner at the hotel. Accommodation Statles Rorbusenter.

Giorno 5 — Leknes → A i Lofoten → Reine → Ramberg → Leknes
Breakfast. Day dedicated to discovering the southern part of the Lofoten archipelago, a wonder of nature where the landscape seems surreal. The high, steep mountains plunge literally into the water, carving out unique and unforgettable profiles. Along the way several stops are planned to admire Å and Reine, small fishing villages with incomparable charm. Photo stop at Ramberg. Return to Leknes in the evening. Dinner at the hotel. Accommodation Statles Rorbusenter.
Auto
Giorno 6 — Leknes → Museo Vichingo di Lofotr → Henningsvaer → Harstad
Breakfast. Next, entrance to the Lofotr Viking Museum, a fascinating journey back in time that reveals the architecture and daily life of the Vikings through a full-scale reconstruction of a Viking longhouse and faithful replicas of objects, tools and weapons of the period. Departure to Henningsvaer. Scattered across a handful of islets linked by bridges, Henningsvær is nicknamed the "Venice of Lofoten" for its maze of channels and quays. An old cod-fishing village, it now hosts art galleries, cafés and restaurants overlooking the harbour, and guards one of the most photographed football pitches in the world, set between sea and cliffs. All around, the walls of Vågakallen draw climbers from afar. A village where maritime tradition and creativity coexist beneath the magical light of the North. Continue to Harstad. Dinner at the hotel. Accommodation Scandic Harstad.
