A representative picks you up from your hotel for your transfer to the Bus Station. Adelaide > Kangaroo Island by coach + ferry from the main hotels in Adelaide (without a guide). The boats to Kangaroo Islands leave from the pier of Cape Jervis, about a one and a half hour drive into the wild Australian nature. The cruise lasts about 45 minutes. I arrive at Penneshaw pier at 9:45. Meeting with the guide and a brief presentation of Kangaroo Island. The third Australian island after Tasmania and Melville Island will not fail to leave a strong impression, with spectacular coasts and forests and an impressive variety of animals: kangaroos, koalas, echidnas, platypus, penguins, seals, sea lions, and sometimes even whales passing by; despite being one of the main Australian tourist destinations, it is still remarkably wild. A memorable walk on the beach among the sea lions at Seal Bay (at a safe distance!). Picnic lunch with Australian wine and free time for a walk in the bush or on the beach. We continue inland and with a bit of luck, we will see some lazy koalas resting on centuries-old eucalyptus trees. We continue in search of echidnas, wallaby joeys, or the glossy black cockatoos, the rarest parrots on the island. Towards evening, numerous kangaroos leave the cool vegetation that has sheltered them from the sun during the hottest hours to graze in the meadows. Hotel accommodation.

Breakfast. This morning we reach the western part of the island, to explore Flinders Chase National Park with a walk in search of kangaroos, wallabies, and the numerous varieties of birds; from August to November, the park is covered in wildflowers, a fantastic sight. At Cape du Couedic, around the impressive Admirals Arch cave, over 10,000 southern fur seals rest and you can also see the curious rock formations of Remarkable Rocks, perched on the cliff above the turbulent waters of the ocean. Lunch will be a picnic in the bush. With a special permit, we will visit to observe kangaroos in their natural habitat. Our last stop will be one of the island's spectacular white sandy beaches: you won't easily forget the color of the sea!. Hotel accommodation.

Breakfast. Transfer to Penneshaw Jetty and boarding on the Sealink ferry to Cape Jervis. Return to Adelaide by ferry + public bus without a guide. I will arrive around 11.30. From luglio (July) to settembre (September) I arrive at Adelaide at 10.30. End of the tour at the starting point.
