BY WAY OF DEROGATION FROM THE GENERAL CONTRACT: Up to 60 days before departure no cancellation charge. From 59 to 21 days before departure a maximum 50% cancellation charge. From 20 to 0 days before departure there will be a 100% charge.

Arrival at Rio de Janeiro. Rio de Janeiro is one of the most iconic cities in the world, famous for its extraordinary natural beauty and vibrant spirit. Nestled between the mountains and the ocean, it offers breathtaking views such as Christ the Redeemer, which embraces the city from the top of Corcovado, and the spectacular beaches of Copacabana and Ipanema. The city is a mix of culture, music and celebration, with the famous Carnival that transforms Rio into an explosion of colour, sound and dance. Among its neighbourhoods, Lapa and Santa Teresa retain a bohemian soul, while gardens and urban forests such as Tijuca Park offer a quiet corner in the heart of the metropolis. Known for its lively music scene, Salvador is the birthplace of samba and capoeira, with its famous Carnival attracting millions of visitors every year. The historic centre, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is a riot of colour, with its cobbled streets, Baroque churches and colonial buildings that tell of the city's rich cultural heritage. Salvador's beaches, such as Porto da Barra beach, offer additional natural beauty, while the famous Elevador Lacerda offers spectacular views of the Baia de Todos os Santos. ROOMS: The rooms are always and only for 1 or 2 beds. The terms triple, quadruple, family room refer solely to the number of occupants, who will be accommodated in the existing beds (maximum 2 beds). An additional bed (rollaway), even if requested at the time of booking, is always subject to availability and payment of a local supplement. Requests for rooms with a double bed or twin beds, connecting rooms, adjacent rooms, on higher or lower floors, etc., are always subject to availability and are never guaranteed. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: Participants must ensure before departure that they have the necessary and valid documentation for entry into the countries visited during the tour. HOTEL FINAL LIST: indicated in the travel documents. HOTEL / ITINERARY, CHANGES: The organizing company reserves the right to modify the itinerary and/or the planned accommodations if required by unforeseen circumstances and if necessary for the safety and smooth continuation of the trip. INTOLERANCES AND SPECIAL DIETARY REGIMES: food intolerances (allergies, celiac disease, etc.) and special dietary regimes (vegan, etc.) must be communicated at the time of booking. Special menus or treatments are not provided or guaranteed, but we will do our best to accommodate the needs of participants. Notifications made after arrival will not be taken into consideration. MEALS: not included unless specified. PUNCTUALITY: we recommend respecting the scheduled times. No refunds are provided for services missed due to customer delays. REFUNDS: There are no refunds for parts of the tour or excursions not carried out due to force majeure; in any case, no refund is due to the customer who decides to interrupt the trip or stay.
